Students explore at their own pace on iOS or Android, answer questions tied to the exact location they are standing on, and get instant feedback on every submission. Photos, video and audio bring each stop to life, while custom map layers from the Peek Atlas — elevation, flood risk, geomorphology, land use and more — help students connect what they see to how landscapes actually work. Walking, observing and deciding on location strengthens reading skills, dialogue about the landscape, estimation and mapping.
For teachers, Peek takes the stress out of preparing and running a field trip. Build the route, questions and assignments on the web in under an hour with the Trip Builder, then let Peek handle pacing, group management and feedback on the day.
